• The event consistency draws media from all over the world, with a heavy participation from North America, typically attended by upwards of 90 different media outlets

• SMC manages the entire media process for the press conference event (where Inductees are officially sworn in), including run-of-show, event scenario and scripting. We administer the media check-in process along with the post-event media scrum where media have direct access to the Inductees

• The second part to this event is the Induction Ceremony and Gala, which includes a red carpet media event, followed by the official Induction Ceremony. We supervise the entire media process from issuing and approving press credentials to administering competitive red carpet locations and managing the media room during the live broadcast.
